We do not have a vehicle type that can take the number of passengers specified
Most of our trips are non-stop instead of a shared ride. This can save you several hours of stops on your way to the airport or other cities. Plus our shuttle is normally a Mercedes, and our private cars are Lexus, Lincoln, Mercedes or Tesla, not a bus or an old van, so our vehicles are a lot nicer and more comfortable. We just don't promise non-stop or no sharing for less than 3 people unless you pay for the optional upgrade.
Bags over 2 per person are $7.95 each excluding purses. Our larger vehicles can accommodate 40 pieces of luggage or more. Drivers are more than happy to help with bags, wear a mask, get the door for you, or if you need additional assistance. Car seats and boosters are $9 each unless you use your own.
We are committed to transparent pricing; all confirmations are a one way estimate, accuracy of the estimate is based on the information you enter. Your driver or dispatcher will modify your reservation if you forget to add anything.
Tips are appreciated. A good tip is normally 10%, 15% or 20%, usually a higher percentage on short trips. Taxes may include airport taxes, gas taxes, tolls, and other regulatory fees. There is no sales tax included in the amount.
We are willing to price match any medium to large-sized competitor for local rides and long distance rides (if there are at least two people); just show us a valid quote for the same trip, and we will beat it.
Finding an Uber or Lyft at 12-5 am is like rolling the dice, and the quality of vehicles and drivers varies a lot. Parking in the Terminal costs $26 per day plus your gas to and from the airport; uncovered parking is still $10 per day. You'll discover that Lyft and Uber drivers often cancel on you multiple times making you late and charge you $5-$10 each time; they often don't like to do long trips because there is no ride coming back.
There is no additional charge if your flight is delayed, or you need to change the day or time of your reservation.
If your flight or travel plans change, we recommend you reschedule if possible since there is no charge for changing the day or time. If you can't reschedule and choose to cancel completely, we will issue a refund based on when you cancelled. This time is based on when the cancellation email was sent. If you cancel greater than 48 hours, you will get a 70% refund since there is a 30% non-refundable booking fee. Less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours is normally a 60% refund. Less than 24 hours and more than 4 hours is normally a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancelling less than 4 hours before, reservation abandonment, no shows, or the driver is already enroute for trip lasting more than four hours. Full refunds are only issued when we cannot find a driver to pick you up or duplicate reservations. If your cancelation is due to COVID, we highly recommend you take advantage of being able to reschedule for free since payments never expire.
